Jonty Weston

Jonty is an actor along with lots of other creative professions that come with running his own Theatre Company called Red Fox Theatre. They utilise many of the key tenets of children's theatre in their practice to make engaging, multidisciplinary shows that are hilarious, thought-provoking and ridiculous but most importantly family friendly. He’s been at it for about five years, since he left the Oxford School of Drama and has managed to successfully tour Red Fox Theatre across the UK and Ireland during this time. As a result he’s very adept at developing drama games and activities that are designed to engage, enthuse and challenge in equal measure.

He also writes children's tales with the help of an amazing illustrator friend. They’re in the process of animating some at the moment! He’s a massive fan of music, which he likes to use in all his practices and can play a bit of guitar and acts as a sound designer for his Company, so if your child might like to explore a bit of music production, such as utilising Synthesisers, he'd be really excited to show them the ropes!

He’s a native English speaker and is currently learning French. He hopes to move to France in the future. He reckons he’s gotten to about an intermediate level, so maybe your child can help him with a conjugation or two!

He’s excited to utilise his workshop and devising skills every day to help your kids engage with the arts and inspire them to even greater heights.
