Vanessa Ofori

Vanessa is a Teachers Associate based in East London for a secondary school. Outside of her time in the school she has also built up experience as an after school nanny, caring for 5 to 10 year olds' over the last 3 years. As a TA She also works with SEND students, mainly those with autism and dyslexia, and runs an after school homework club to support students with learning difficulties.

She is interested in art, crafts and fashion, hobbies that she combined to achieve a bachelors degree in Fashion Design from the University of Brighton. She hopes that her passion for art and design inspires the children she works with, especially those who struggle with the academics so that they can find a new passion and won’t be as discouraged if they end up falling behind their friends.

With these experiences and her creative background she can adapt to all situations, allowing her to bring creativity to the role through creative activities and fun learning resources.
