How to Book Creative Childcare
Ready to book a fully-vetted, creative nanny or mentor? It’s now easier than ever to find a child care arrangement that’s tailored to you, thanks to our new booking system.
Simply follow the process below to book a talented creative nanny or mentor, arrange event childcare and entertainment, communicate with your favourite nannies and browse through our creative nannies.
First, log into your CocoRio dashboard
If it’s your first time logging in, your password will be the same as your email (username).
For Recurring Bookings
Repeated bookings for CocoRio nannies, like having an after-school nanny each week or taking them to a sports class every Saturday morning.
1. Go to your Profile and choose My Jobs
2. Post your creative nanny brief, with as much detail as possible - including the date/s, number of children, their age, location and any creative requirements. The job will be sent to our wonderful CocoRio creatives who match your availability and requirements.
3. You’ll be notified every time a new candidate applies and you can even use the chat function to message them or arrange a call to chat more. Our team at CocoRio HQ will also be able to recommend any potential fits for you to review.
4. When you’re happy with your creative nanny match, reply to one of your email notifications to let us know when you’d like the booking to start and we’ll set you up accordingly.
5. You’ll be charged daily at the end of every shift and will have complete flexibility to edit your booking, find covers and more!
For Ad-Hoc Bookings
Creative nanny bookings as and when it suits you, from occasional weekend nannying to emergency nursery cover.
1. Go to your Profile and choose the Booking Calendar
2. Post your creative nanny brief, with as much detail as possible - including the date/s, number of children, their age, location and any creative requirements. You’ll also be able to add additional dates or make your booking recurring.
3. The job will be sent to our wonderful CocoRio creatives who match your availability and requirements, favourites first (if any).
4. You’ll be notified every time a new candidate applies.
5. Check your Booking Calendar and click on each date to assign your chosen creative nanny.
6. You can then communicate with your creative nanny and book them in for more sessions, should you wish to.
We also offer add-ons to cater to your specific needs:
Night-time Babysitting
Extend your children’s care throughout the evening. Your creative nanny or mentor looks after your children’s bedtime routine and provides care throughout the night. Please book and pay for a taxi to get your creative home safely if they work beyond 22:00 (and there is no tube option) or beyond 23:00 (where there is a tube option).
Overnight nanny
Extend your children’s care and book your creative nanny or mentor to stay overnight and provide care throughout the night. This covers up to 12 hours.
What: One-to-one creative experience for your child with one of our outstanding creative nannies or mentors.
How many families: 1
How many kids: up to 4 (from the same household)
When: Ad-hoc or permanent recurring or a combination of both. We are fully flexible and will tailor our services to your needs.
Where: In the comfort of your own home
Who: One of our amazing creative nannies or mentors for one on one creative care for your child(ren)
At what cost? £25 ph (All incl.)

Creative nannies and mentors: What really sets us apart is our creative nannies and mentors. We have musicians, actors, dancers and many kinds of artists who are fully-vetted and trained to deliver our creative learning framework.
CocoRio magic ingredients: Our creative learning framework has 4 Magic Ingredients, which ensure creativity is at the heart of each session. The magic ingredients include; music, movement art and languages. Our Creatives are trained in delivering age-appropriate creative activities and will incorporate at least one of the magic ingredients in each session.
Regular nanny duties: Our services always also include regular nanny duties. From school pick-ups, meal times, bedtime routines, you can count on us for a top notch nanny service!
