Creative nanny rates: Our standard rate is £15/hour, but creative nannies may negotiate higher rates directly with families based on experience, qualifications, and the nature of the role.
No employer hassle or hidden costs: cocorio works with self-employed nannies, holding contracts and insurance. No additional holidays, sick pay, or National Insurance contributions are needed. Hourly rates include VAT and public liability insurance.
Simple billing: One weekly payment of your membership fee plus payments for the hours booked. For recurring plans, this is charged weekly. For ad hoc bookings, payments are split per session.
Pricing FAQs
What's included in the membership fee?
Your membership fee covers VAT, insurance, agency fees, matching, ongoing support, and cover if your nanny is ever unavailable. It's completely all-inclusive.
How is the creative nanny rate set?
The base rate starts from £15/hour. You'll agree the final rate directly with your matched creative nanny based on their experience and skills.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can switch between plans to suit your changing needs. Just let us know and we'll adjust your membership.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Year-round plans have a 46-week minimum. Term-time has a 39 weeks minimum. You can pick which weeks you want off. On Demand credits are bought in packs with no long-term commitment.
