Our prices are ALL INCLUSIVE of our agency fees, any booking and payment fees and VAT.
Our hourly rates reflect the 2 in 1 services we offer: creative experiences tailored to your children + all nanny duties taken care of (school pick ups, drop offs, routines).
Our services are priced between the average cost of a regular nanny and a specialist creative class!
Unlike most nanny services, with CocoRio:
You won’t need to pay for any placement or matching fees upfront
You only choose and pay for the hours you need, with full flexibility
What’s included?
Thorough recruitment process of our creative nannies and mentors including a one-to-one and a group interview
Thorough vetting process of our creatives. All our creative nannies and mentors have (or are in the process of obtaining) a valid Enhanced DBS check and have been offered First Aid training and child care specific training including health and safety, safeguarding, children's development, relationships management and CocoRio specific training (creative child care and our Learning Journey)
Free ongoing training and professional development opportunities for our creatives (for child care and creative work)
We hold freelance contracts with our creatives and manage their payments so you do not need to set up anything other than your profile on our platform!
The CocoRio Club Gold Membership
With a CocoRio Gold Membership the hourly rate drops to £22 which is an incredible 27% off our ad hoc rates. Even more incredibly, the £22 is all inclusive!
The cost to join the club is £29.99 per month (equivalent to one hour of creative child care) or £300 per year and you can cancel any time!

We pay for your VAT
At CocoRio we believe that nanny services should be exempt from VAT. Unfortunately this is not the case. What we have done to ensure our families do not have to pay for a 20% premium on our hourly rates is shape our agency so that CocoRio only pays VAT on its agency margins. We have crafted our hourly rates so that they are inclusive of any VAT charges and there are no hidden costs.
