Our Creative Nannies
Our creative nannies undergo a rigorous recruitment and vetting process. Each nanny is:
Interviewed
Enhanced DBS checked (highest level of police check in the UK)
Trained in First Aid
Given industry-specific training, including safeguarding, health & safety
Experienced professionals with a proven track record in childcare
Trained in the unique CocoRio Creative Learning Framework
We also verify their right to work, ID, and obtain two references. Only the best creative nannies make it onto our team. This is less than 5% of our job applicants! See our Safer Recruitment Policy for more information.
Our services
Select Your Membership Plan
You choose your preferred monthly hours and billing frequency —weekly, monthly, or yearly, and we offer the flexibility to fit your family’s unique needs.
Membership Benefits:
If your usual creative nanny is unavailable, we will staff your shift with a suitable replacement. You can request to see more profiles to ensure the best fit.
Option to freeze your membership for up to 2 months each year (perfect for holidays!)
Just give us 3-months notice for membership cancellations

Prefer to book after school creative sessions by the term?
If you’d like to book after school creative sessions, but can’t find the 10 hours weekly minimum required for a monthly membership, then our term time membership is right for you!

£30 per hour, with one payment per term- just like you’d pay for an after school club!
Reduced rates if you pay in advance for more than one term!
Book On-Demand Childcare
For less frequent bookings, you can book a creative nanny on-demand with a minimum of 4 hours per booking.
£40 per hour
For last-minute bookings within 72 hours, a 10% emergency fee applies (our creative nannies are paid more for urgent work!)

Ongoing professional development: Free training and development opportunities for our nannies and mentors, both in childcare and creative work
Freelance contract management: We handle all payments and contracts, so you don’t need to worry about setting up anything besides your profile on our platform
