Our team has personally sourced and recruited over 1000 high quality nannies since 2020 and continues to fit the needs of busy working families who want safety, high quality and flexibility at once.
How it Works
Log in to the platform using the email address you used to sign up
Click on My Jobs at the bottom of the platform to post your role for free
You will receive emails with your matches (typically within 2-5 working days)
You will be able to look at the nannies’ profiles, chat to them and schedule intro calls
Book your settling in session with your nanny (if you’re not happy, you can easily try someone else!)
Once you are happy with your match, we’ll add the sessions to your booking schedule
Alternatively, you can Book a Call and we will post the job for you!
Other Important details:
Once you are matched, you’ll pay a monthly subscription fee for the hours you require, with no set up fees!
If you ever need cover or additional bookings, you can access our pool of cover nannies and we will ensure you are covered!
Option to freeze your membership for up to 2 months each year (perfect for holidays!)

Our prices are ALL INCLUSIVE of our agency fees, any booking and payment fees and VAT.

We pay for your VAT
At CocoRio we believe that nanny services should be exempt from VAT. Unfortunately this is usually not the case. What we have done to ensure our families do not have to pay for a 20% premium on our hourly rates is shape our agency so that CocoRio only pays VAT on its agency margins. We have crafted our hourly rates so that they are inclusive of any VAT charges and there are no hidden costs.
