How it Works
We will confirm when we have found a nanny for you, and
You will be able to schedule a call with the nanny if required.
We will then assign the job to the nanny.
You will pay by the hour (all inclusive), with no set up fees! And you will be automatically billed at the end of each day.
You can access reduced rates by paying in advance with our bundles
If you ever need cover or additional bookings, you can access our pool of cover nannies and we will ensure you are covered!
Emergency Nanny Rates
Within 48 hours of booking time
Hourly rate: £36 (minimum booking time: 2 hours)
Our prices are ALL INCLUSIVE of our agency fees, any booking and payment fees and VAT.

We pay for your VAT
At CocoRio we believe that nanny services should be exempt from VAT. Unfortunately this is not the case. What we have done to ensure our families do not have to pay for a 20% premium on our hourly rates is shape our agency so that CocoRio only pays VAT on its agency margins. We have crafted our hourly rates so that they are inclusive of any VAT charges and there are no hidden costs.
