If something urgent comes up over the weekend (for example, you're unwell and can’t attend a Monday shift):
Leave a voicemail with all key information — including your full name, the issue, family or business you're booked with, and the date/time of the shift.
Urgent calls: 020 8126 5577
Send an email to info@cocorio.co.uk with “URGENT” in the subject linePlease note: no one is officially “on duty” at the weekend, but someone may review your message and decide whether it needs to be actioned immediately or can wait until Monday morning. You may or may not receive a callback depending on the nature of the issue — but rest assured, we’ll always act if it’s truly urgent. There is no need to leave multiple voicemails.
💸 Getting Paid

👶Recurring Job Matches
Only apply if you're genuinely interested and available.
Please read all job details carefully — schedule, location, age group, and travel time.
You may apply even if you need a slight schedule change — some families are flexible.
Keep your profile up to date — include your child-related experience and creative skills and make it warm and friendly. If you are applying to multiple jobs and not going through to the intro call stage, it may be that other creative nannies have a more thorough profile, please ensure this section is as comprehensive as possible as it is the only thing the family will see to decide whether they want to speak to you! Use a friendly, smiling photo (no serious mug shots please!).

🔔 Important Reminder
If you already have a confirmed CocoRio job on a specific date, do not apply for new work that conflicts with it.
Families you’ve already been booked for — or are in active conversations with — must come first, out of respect for the relationship. If you're unsure whether a potential new job may conflict with a family you're being matched with, please check in with us first. We're happy to help manage this and keep everyone informed.
Remember: quality over quantity when it comes to applications — backing out after applying can damage trust with our families.
💬 Interview Tips
We may reach out with a few questions before submitting your profile.
Show genuine interest and highlight your most relevant experience!
Treat family calls like a professional interview — be warm, enthusiastic, and curious about their children

Clocking in and out of your jobs and managing your bookings:
We need you to clock in and out of your shifts to ensure that your hours are logged and we pay you correctly!
To clock in and out:
Log into the platform, visit the ‘My jobs’ page, find the correct job listed and click ‘clock in’ -you can then confirm the start time of your job.
Then click ‘Click out’ to clock out of the same job.
If you have any issues and are worried that you might have clocked the wring hours, then click ‘report a problem’ and let us know what’s happened.
If you are in a recurring booking with a family, you can manage your bookings without needing to tell us about changes to your schedule!
We need to know what hours you worked each week to ensure that you are paid correctly, but you can manage this on the platform- which makes it easier for everyone to keep track.
If your shift times change, or you end up staying later, you can clock in and out at different times on the platform.
If you are working an extra shift that's not in your usual schedule, you can add the shift in by clicking 'I am starting a job but it is not listed'. This will then ask you to confirm the date and client before clocking in.
If your schedule changes for a week eg you agree to move your Wednesday shift to Thursday this week, Just follow the above, by adding the new shift using the 'I am starting a job but it is not listed' button and don't clock in and out for the shift that you are no longer working.
If there is an ongoing change eg stopping working Wednesdays and doing Thursdays instead, than let us know and we'll update on the booking system!
