How to Use the CocoRio App as a Creative Nanny
Find information below on how to use the CocoRio app!
Where to find the app?
The app is available at the App Store for IOS users and the Play Store for Android users.
Search CocoRio Childcare to find it.
How to log in
You are able to log in to the app with your usual username and password.
To change your password, go to My profile in the toolbar scroll to bottom and press Change Password.
To manage notifications in the toolbar go to Notifications.

How to use the CocoRio App
How to clock in and out of jobs?
To clock in and out of jobs, go to My Jobs, select the job your planning on doing. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press clock in. Confirm the time slot and parent and add any additional information you may have and submit.
Reporting a problem with a shift
To report a problem with a shift, go to My Jobs, select the job in question. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the red button Report a Problem/Emergency Cancellation.
How to add bookings for recurring clients?
To add bookings with recurring clients go to My Jobs. Press the plus sign. This is the same as the button on the website. Select the client of your choice along with the booking date. Once this is done, press Create.
How to search for new opportunities?
To search for new opportunities, go to Recurring Jobs. Look around to see if there is a job that fits your requirements. Press on the job and then press I’m Interested. Fill in the application notes, and then submit
How to apply for jobs
To apply for jobs, go to My Jobs. Press the filter button on the top left corner. Choose the date range for the jobs, and then press Apply.
How to update your availability?
To update your availability, go to My schedule. Press 'Set Single Date Availability’ at the top. You can set a date, start time, and end time, and indicate whether you are available all day or not. Then submit.
How to update your contact details and profile?
To update your contact details and profile, go to My Profile. For your contact details, press Contact Information. For profile, either choose Profile- Regular/ Ad hoc or Profile- Back Up Care, depending on your status. You can also press Edit Profile, etc.
How to message parents you are connected with?
To message parents you are connected with, go to My families. On the bottom right, press the message icon, where you can keep in contact with the parents.
