Talent Acquisition Assistant
CocoRio is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition team with CocoRio's recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing new candidates on different platforms, following candidates on their recruitment journey from application to interview to onboarding and building relationships with them while keeping their records up to date.
The role will be the first point of contact for creatives joining the company and will need to effectively showcase CocoRio’s values by using a friendly and informative but professional tone. The aim is to fulfil our recruitment needs as best as possible and timely and grow a community of engaged creatives who can fill our creative child care vacancies. It will involve a lot of phone and email communication as well as keeping administrative records up to date.
At CocoRio, we are a young team of eager professionals who aim to equip children with enriching multidisciplinary creative knowledge, whilst offering meaningful work to creatives in child care.
Responsibilities
Contacting new candidates on Linkedin, Indeed and ATS
Timely following of candidates’ journey from application to interview to onboarding ensuring compliance (ID, DBS and reference check)
Interviewing and scoring candidates in group/ solo interviews
Writing biogs for onboarded creatives
Keeping accurate administrative records

The role - 37.5 hours a week spread across 5 days Monday-Friday during office hours (9am-5.30pm)
Terms: Permanent
Flexible working hours and working from home arrangement to be considered for the successful candidate. In-person training is preferred.
Salary: £20-24,000 per year depending on experience
Probation Period: 1 month
