Membership Fee — Covers your vetting, matching, ongoing support, and flexibility
Hourly Rate — Goes directly to your creative nanny

You'll see exactly what you're paying for, and your nanny is fairly compensated for their time.

Year-Round Recurring ⭐ Best Value

For families who need consistent weekly care throughout the year

Membership: £12/hour
Save £1.50/hour when you book 16+ hours weekly (£10.50/hour)
Hourly rate: From £15/hour (you'll agree this with your matched creative)
Minimum: 4 hours per week
Payment: Weekly for membership, after each shift for hourly rate
Bonus flexibility: Defer hours up to 30 days for holidays or illness

Example: 8 hours per week = £96 weekly membership + your creative's hourly rate

Term-Time Recurring

Perfect if you only need care during school terms (39 weeks)

Membership: £13.50/hour
Save £1.50/hour when you book 16+ hours weekly (£12/hour)
Hourly rate: From £15/hour (negotiable with your creative)
Same benefits as year-round, just tailored to the school calendar

Example: 10 hours per week = £135 weekly membership + your creative's hourly rate

Bespoke Plan

Need flexibility? Use hours when you need them, not on a fixed schedule

Membership: £15/hour
Save £1.50/hour for large commitments—736+ hours per year (£13.50/hour)
Hourly rate: From £15/hour (negotiable with your creative)
Minimum: 4 hours per week averaged over 46 weeks (184 hours total)
We'll schedule as far ahead as possible to secure your creative's availability

Example: 200 flexible hours = £3,000 membership + your creative's hourly rate

Ad Hoc Packages

For occasional care or as a backup option

Membership: £16.50/hour
Save £1.50/hour when you purchase 16+ hours upfront (£15/hour)
Hourly rate: £15/hour (set by us)
Minimum: 4-hour pack
Payment: Full membership fee upfront, hourly rate after each shift

Example: 4-hour pack = £66 membership + £60 hourly rate = £126 total
