New clients

    • First we’ll have a chat to understand your requirements. You can directly book in a call here: https://cocorio.co.uk/book-a-call

    • Then, equipped with your requirements, we will find suitable matches from our pool of fantastic vetted and experienced creative nannies.

    • We’ll send over these matches, usually within two weeks.

    • If you’d like you can then chat to your matches and arrange a call. This may help get a feel for the nanny and discuss expectations in more detail.

    • When you’re ready we’ll set up a settling-in session (minimum of 2 hours and is chargeable). This session will give you a chance to see how the nanny connects with your children and aligns with your family’s style.

    • Then, if everything feels right, we’ll proceed with a recurring booking.

    • Once in your recurring booking, you’ll be charged after the sessions and will have full flexibility to add or remove hours to your recurring schedule. We’ll be able to find cover if your usual nanny isn’t available.

    • The time scale can vary depending on what you are looking for but matches can be found as quickly as a week. Deal breakers such as specific languages may result in longer match times.

    • Once you’ve signed up to our platform, you can log in and create your bookings. Just follow the booking guide at the top of your profile! We’ll then be in touch with creatives available for your sessions.

Existing clients

Not found the answer to your question?

    • You can easily add additional days to your schedule! All you need to do is agree any additional days with your creative. Then just ask your creative to add the session to their schedule through their profile. This can be done on the day of the session, and then they will be able to clock in and out as usual. If your usual creative isn’t available we can find another creative for these days - giving your child the opportunity to spend time with another exciting creative! Please get in touch with us directly on WhatsApp to help you find an available creative.

    • If you have an ongoing change to your recurring schedule, e.g. a change in both days and hours, just let us know via WhatsApp and we’ll update the bookings to reflect your new schedule. If your usual creative is unable to fulfil the new schedule we’d be happy to find an additional/ alternative creative at no extra cost.

    • You can easily add or remove hours to your existing sessions! All you need to do is agree any changes to usual hours with your creative. Once agreed, they just need to clock in and out for the new times, the system will recognise the change and will be reflected in your payment. So there is no need to amend the booking beforehand!

    • If your usual creative is not available for any upcoming hours we can find cover, at no extra cost to you -  just let us know with as much advance as possible to have the best chance of finding a suitable cover. But don’t hesitate to get in touch via WhatsApp if you need last minute cover, many of our creatives are available for Emergency Childcare. We will need to charge an additional fee for Emergency Childcare, the rate is £36ph.

    • If you need to cancel a session, you can do this through your profile by clicking on the booking and pressing cancel. Please be aware that there is a cancellation fee equal to the full booking fee if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the session's start time. We will be happy to waive this fee if you are able to move those hours within 14 days of the original date - just let us know. We’ll also waive the fee if your session is cancelled due to illness.

    • It will usually be quicker for you to directly ask your usual creative if they are free for an additional day.

    • If they are available just ask them to add the additional session to their schedule through their profile. This can be done on the day of the session, and then they will be able to clock in and out as usual.

    • If your usual creative isn’t available we can find another creative for these days - giving your child the opportunity to spend time with another exciting creative! -  Please get in touch with us directly on WhatsApp to help you find an available creative.

  • We’ll waive our cancellation fee if your session is cancelled due to illness.

    Do let us know in advance if you know that your creative is unable to work, and we will try our best to find cover, to mimimise the inconvenience to your family.
