Savannah McCrory Grant

Savannah is an actor and freelance workshop artist originally from South Africa. She is a MA Acting graduate from East 15 Acting School, and also spent a year in New York studying Musical Theatre. She loves to incorporate her creativity in whichever field she works.

She currently runs her own business, The Playful Performer's Club, which is an after school Drama and theatre club in primary schools, along side her acting career. Savannah found the perfect match of her acting training and childcare experience when she started her business. It allowed her to use her passion for performing to help teach techniques to support children's speech and language skills and ultimately help them to express themselves, have some fun and bring out the child’s inner playful performer. Savannah is also a former TA in a nursery and is experienced in running a blend of drama and music sessions for groups of children between 18 months and 4 years.

Through nannying, she honed her cooking skills, cooking healthy meals for children in her care and helping then develop a healthy relationship with food.

Her creative approach to childcare, organising and problem solving skills will give families a positive childcare experience, and she has plenty of entertaining and character-developing games and exercises to contribute to her role as a creative nanny and facilitator!
