Mathie Douchy

Mathie is a multilingual trained dancer, musician and wonderfully creative sitter .

Mathie has been working as an au pair in France, as a nanny in the UK and has been working  as a tutor helping with homework. More recently, Mathie has been working as an assistant  for children’s dance classes alongside her dance degree.

Besides her professional dance education in contemporary dance and ballet, she has  several years of music theory lessons under her belt, as well as ten years of piano lessons  and more limited knowledge of flute, guitar and cello.

Mathie loves singing in choirs and participating in musicals and productions. Her love for  reading has translated into a passion for storytelling, and her love of colours, lights and 

composition has led her to photography. Through her dance degree she has also  discovered yoga and mindfulness practices.

Mathie is fluent in French, German and Luxembourgish as well as English and can speak and understand Spanish at an intermediate level.
