Evangelia Kolyra

Evangelia is a Greek, London-based choreographer, performer, dance teacher and Greek language teacher. Evangelia can lead movement, dance and dance theatre sessions with children aged 4+. She has a passion for any sort of creative play, especially arts and crafts.

Evangelia studied Greek Philology with expertise in Linguistics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. For the last 14 years she taught Greek to students of primary and secondary school as well as Greek as a foreign language to students of all ages and levels. Her interest as a teacher focuses on creative methods of learning through interactive activities.

Evangelia is also a phonics expert and she loves using movement and music to facilitate learning.
