Athena Leung

Athena has completed her Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts-Major in Contemporary Dance from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2021.

Afterwards, she was awarded a scholarship from Hong Kong Disneyland to work as a professional dancer.
During her time at the Hong Kong Disneyland, she worked as a dancer to deliver excellent performances as well as an entertainer to bring joy and share happiness with the guests. It is here that Athena developed an absolute love for entertaining children, working with children and caring for them.
Now in London, Athena wants to continue pursuing a career in childcare as well as in music and dance.
Currently, Athena is pursuing her Master's in Creative Practice: Dance Professional at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Athena loves and enjoys the time well spent with children and she has over 6 years of experience teaching dance to children age 2.5-17, in different dance genres such as Ballet, Jazz, Jazz Funk, Contemporary Dance, Chinese Dance, K-Pop and Hip Hop in chained and high reputation dance schools in Hong Kong.

She loves to incorporate different ideas into her teaching to make the class vivid and delightful as well as inspiring. In her teaching, freedom and respect have always been the highest priority. She encourages everyone to express their ideas, thoughts and emotions as well as respect to the others'.
