Alasdair Linn

For much of his working life, Alasdair has worked with children. Last year, he was a teaching assistant in Drama and pastoral care assistant at a boarding school in Essex, responsible for creative activities, safeguarding student welfare, and ensuring good etiquette.

Prior to this, Alasdair worked as a nanny, tutor, assistant director, and football coach, as well as being the oldest brother to three younger siblings. Looking after younger children have been a part of his entire life!

When he is not looking after children, Alasdair is an actor, musician, and a playwright. During his time studying for a History & English degree at the University of Oxford, he performed in numerous plays and short films, played three instruments, produced his own writing, and was President of the University Dramatic Society.
Working as a creative sitter is a complete joy for Alasdair as it combines his two main loves in life: the arts and working with children.
