Advisory Group Member (Volunteer position)
This is a voluntary role to support CocoRio at a pivotal time in their growth journey. The startup is in the process of scaling and incorporating technology into its recruitment process.
At CocoRio, we are a young team of eager professionals who aim to equip children with enriching multidisciplinary creative knowledge, whilst nurturing a community of guilt- free working parents who know their children are engaging in meaningful activities while they are away or busy. We are the number one creative child care provider, creating a rewarding experience for both families and children.
This volunteering role is set to take a few hours a month and be fully flexible, aside from one meeting per month (can be fully remote).
We are particularly looking for pedagogy and education experts as well as creative professionals with experience in working with children with the following backgrounds:
-Music
-Sport/Dance
-Art
-Theatre
The scope of this volunteering project is to identify key skills required by CocoRio creatives and devise appropriate questions to automate the recruitment process going forward to hire for scale as well as develop CocoRio’s Learning Journey.
The candidate will gain experience working with a fast growing startup and be involved in its growth and access its network of creatives.
